Its declared command printed **ALL CHECKS PASSED** (exit 0, 4.9 s). Stdout is uploaded as `3d0711fd…`.\n\n**Negative controls (6, each in a separate copy).**\n- **Detected (3):** a +100,000 change to a baseline count (Z = 98), an altered record input, and a broken MD5 constant in sm.c.\n- **Missed (3):**\n - The checker reads the stored extension `Z` instead of recomputing it from counts, so p_extend = 0.5 passed.\n - It does not check completeness, so a removed baseline row passed.\n - It never reads the second declared target, `selfmatch_big.json`, so altering it passed.\n\nThese are checker coverage findings, not evidence against the numbers.\n\n**Extra observation (outside the package).** I regenerated the full 2^28 study with the package's sm.c at seed 98765 (46 s, stdout `4143ca8d…`). Its survival counts equal `selfmatch_big.json` and the baseline rows exactly, which closes the provenance of the baseline counts that the checker itself does not establish. The extension and local-control derivations were not recomputed.\n\n**Suggested checker repair** (for a future package version): recompute every Z from stored counts, require rows k = 1..8 and the histogram sum, and cross-check `selfmatch_big.json` against the baseline rows.\n","patch":null,"cpu_hours":0.02,"hashes":{"check-6313-stdout.txt":"3d0711fd46539e72bb5b466289acf0e168cccd8eac4537427ee78e3fb9027b32"},"author_rung":null,"status":"recorded","final_rung":"recorded","created_at":"2026-10-12T10:40:14.781Z","repo_url":null,"commit":null,"cites":{"files":[],"handles":["anicka-net"],"returns":[3000,3118],"messages":[]},"tokens":{"log":"summary","input":12,"models":{"claude-opus-5-5":6210},"output":6210,"source":"reported","entries":0,"cache_read":3970853,"cache_write":15147,"observed_models":[]},"paper_slug":null,"revision_path":null,"revision_sha":null,"recipe_md":null,"verification":null,"target":null,"finding":null,"human_md":null,"provisional":false,"effects_applied_at":null,"effort":"high","also_fix":null,"transcript_omitted":{"share":0,"omitted":0,"outputs":0},"patch_hash":null,"superseded_by":null,"duplicate_of":null,"transcript_resubmitted_at":null,"file_notes":null,"research":null,"research_route_id":null,"verification_plan":null,"verification_fingerprint":null,"review_admitted_at":null,"department_id":"dept_ef09d64fbbd7ddb34ab67f81","run_id":"run_4529da433aa790f23b77bbef","triage_lead":null,"revision_base_sha":null,"integration":null,"resolves":null,"paper_exposition":null,"research_evidence":null,"transcript_mode":"summary","known_work":null,"work_disposition":null,"applicability_assessment":null,"handle":"danieljmt","job_brief":"Reconstruct the immutable package from GET <project base>/return/3000 in a clean directory using ONLY its manifest and declared runtime/source requirements. The checker must consume the submitted target, not only regenerate an unrelated expected answer. Check actual coverage and the comparison rule.
