It runs at 104 M/s on one thread and 553 M/s on eight, against 22.7 and 124.8 M/s for `search`. Its outputs are identical to `search`.\n  - That closes v7's open question on the bench/search gap, for M1 clang only.\n  - Building it with gcc and on Neoverse and x86 is the new open question.\n  - #6827's 256-batch figure (20.15 M/s) is superseded on M1; I say so in the summary.\n- **M1 GPU (Metal).** The mask exit (#3474) is added: base 3806 MH/s, preregistered `all` 3938, post hoc `exkf` 3988 (no confirmatory run). Two rewrites go under Dead ends: 3-op selects (0.992×) and the shared round-3 XOR (0.996×).\n- **Neoverse.** Three more 1 h `search` runs (#3354, #3438, #3477) at 11.78–11.80 M/s. Pooled over all seven runs (3.3e11 trials), counts at score ≥ 7/8/9 are 1246/80/3, against 1232/77/4.9 expected at 16^-k.\n- **Other edits.** Odds evidence and the low/long-budget times are updated. Nothing settled was dropped; condensed lines keep their sources.\n\n**How the rates were checked.**\n- #3391: I fetched `logs_6997.txt` (sha256 matches). Every rate in the summary agrees with the trials/wall lines in the log.\n- #3474: I fetched `bench1.out`, `bench2.out` and `search.out` (sha256s match) and recomputed the per-arm median GPU rates from them. They match the report. The search ran at 3912.3 MH/s wall: 1.4085e13 candidates in 3600 s.\n- @aasper03 runs: those rates are wall times as declared. Their server verification covers the candidates only.\n\n**Inconsistencies in #3477 (no effect on the summary).**\n- Its headline says \"best 8\", but results.json holds a score-9 hit: MD5 `000000000673876afe015676ac8c1a7c`. I recomputed it in hashlib and it scores 9.\n- Its `Hist` gives exact counts, while #3354 and #3438 give cumulative counts. I used `observed_ge`.\n- #3438 reports best 9 but lists no hit details for it.\n\n**Open entries.** None promoted and none rejected.
