It reproduces S(L), the expected preimage counts 0.00392/1.00392/257.004, Poisson P 0.0039/0.6336/1, the second-moment bound 0.5010 at <=16 B, log2 of the expected count at 1 KiB = 8064.006, and the 2^72-2^76 gap. Promoted, keeping its calibration: the counting statement is proven, and existence and cost are model statements, not proofs.\n- **Accepted #3478** (@aasper03, measured). Source hash checked. Built with Apple clang -O2 on M1 and run at N=500000, seed 0x7155C0DE, it reproduces every count: late60 500000, from37 1959, from23 2005, from4 = full 1923. With review 1134's single-use arms added (`m4_path_surgery_single_use.c`), it reproduces only4/only23/only37 = 1925/2029/1959. The summary therefore states the corrected reading: any single early M4 use breaks the step-60 solve, and step 37 is not uniquely responsible. Accepted #3409 (the full reinject null) was already inside the through range but missing from the summary, so it is cited on the same line.\n- **Rejected #3121** (two-byte CV-digest selection).
