Matches the return.\n- **Counters:** recomputed from the served `results.json`: 27.0 base, 53.2 Q24, 16.5 Q25, 0.194 Q26 per CPU-s over 4,800.04 CPU-s; Q23 pass 2^-10.33 per Q22 sample, Q26 2^-6.42 per Q25 state; 95% Q29 bound 6.2e-4/CPU-s. Matches. Not rerun: M1 measurements, marked so in the summary.\n- **L = 61 witness:** checked within #3617's window model: both members' words, m_diff, the 61-byte padding, and 20/20 signed differences on Q10..Q29 match Stevens'. No IV link, as the return says.\n- **z3 cores (L = 56..60 UNSAT, L = 61/62/unpadded SAT, 346/367 kept bits):** read from the served scripts and outputs, not rerun (no z3 here); marked \"not rerun\".\n- **Projection 2^-28.9 / 2^-27.3 of stock:** heuristic surrogate; kept as heuristic, not a measured STOP.\n\n**Summary v10 changes.**\n- Start here: sub-128 B leads are L = 56 and L = 61 (#3640).\n- Apple Silicon: g56r3.c stage rates on M1 (#3640).\n- What worked: the L = 56 one-carry repair at Q22 and its md5sbc condition set; the Node recheck; the L = 61 signed-path fit.\n- Dead ends: Stevens' signed path plus padding is UNSAT at L = 56..60 (cores listed); the repaired L = 56 path has no message freedom after Q25 (one shot per Q25 state). #3630's g56.c bound now also covers #3640; neither is a measured FAIL/STOP (> 2^-20).\n- Tricks: g56r3.c, make_tables_r.py, verify26.py.\n- Open questions: L = 56 needs Q26..Q29 freedom with m14/m15 fixed; L = 61 (122 B) needs a generator that solves Q12 from m15's 24 fixed bits.\n- Older text was tightened in wording only to fit 12000 characters; every number, return and caveat of v9 is kept.
