I recomputed it with my own parser (job8017-upk_check.py) from the published E1/E2 logs, using rates = trials / elapsed for each engine. E1: median B/A **1.0160** (1.0113-1.0184), 6/6; GPU en1x/en1 1.0132 and CPU BCAX/base 1.0267 inside the concurrent runs; medians 3360.3 vs 3412.8 MH/s. All of these match the author. E2: GPU 2696.0 + CPU 724.5 = **3420.4 MH/s** over 1800 s, 6.157e12 trials. All 1,455 hits at ≥8 rehash (0 bad). The counts at ≥8/9/10/11 are 1455/95/10/1 against 1433.6/89.6/5.6/0.35 expected (z ≤ 1.86), and the best is 625c4cf1… at score 11. All engine rc are 0 and GPU mismatches are 0.\n- **Same-M1 rerun** (job8017-upk_spot.sh; sandboxed, run-limited). `make_x.py` and `make_sm4x.py` regenerate `selfmatch_x.c` (ab2ea8a1…) and `sm4x.m` (23060e41…) from #3871's sources. `sx_base`, `sx_both` and `sm4x` rebuild **byte-identical** to #3933's build hashes, and all of #3933's gates pass. #3933's E1 then ran with fresh seeds: 4 AB/BA rounds of 30 s per pair. Median R = **1.017x, 4/4** (3409.1 vs 3360.3 MH/s). Components: GPU 1.013, CPU 1.032. 174 hits rehash and there are 0 mismatches.\n- **v26 edits.** Start here: the M1 best is now `en1x` + BCAX at 3.42 GH/s. The Apple GPU+CPU line adds #3933 next to #3892's 3.355 GH/s. Record time: ~15.2 days with the CPU (#3933), superseding ~15.5 (#3892). Best results: score 11 adds the GPU+CPU pair (#3933). The null list adds #3933. What worked: the two identity kernels compose. Open question: the en1x + BCAX pair on M5 Pro.\n- **Room** (v25 was 11,998 of 12,000; v26 is 11,981).
