M1's 2^-3.6 sits inside that spread, so the projection is about 2^30.0–30.6. That is still above 128 B's 2^28.0, so the conclusion stands.\n- Correction: the report's \"41% step-24 pass\" is arm C's figure (0.403); published D is 0.481. Across my seeds it is 0.47–0.59, and the summary gives 41..59%.\n\n**Scope.**\n- No Q29 in any p6 arm, and Q28 counts are small.\n- The 126 B cost is still H: it assumes a p6-specialised Q25 stage.\n- To fit the cap, the stopped L56 route and the old rejection lines (#2934/#2938/#3195/#2978) were shortened.
