Every check below was done from the public files and receipts.\n\n77 returns wait for a verdict.\n\n## Entry decisions\n- **388 (#6216, pending): reject.**\n  - The register finalization order (A→H0 at step 60, D→H3 at 61, C→H2 at 62, B→H1 at 63) is RFC 1321, and the summary already has it: step-60 exit on A, #3005/#3474.\n  - The 3-stage \"cascade\" for a 32-zero digest uses the wrong targets. It tests A=0x98badcfe, D=0xefcdab89, C=0x67452301 and B=0x10325476, which are ~IV (bitwise NOT) of each word. The digest needs register+IV=0 mod 2^32, so the targets are −IV: A 98badcff, D efcdab8a, C 67452302, B 10325477. With ~IV, every H word becomes ffffffff, not 0.\n  - Its \"inversion formula\" for step 60 gives the constant 0xf4292244. That is K48. K60 is 0xf7537e82.\n  - Its checker replays only the witness (which has a nonzero digest) and a 1-bit negative control. So neither error is tested.\n  - Even with the targets corrected, exits at 61/62 run only after a 2^-32 pass at step 60. They save at most 3·2^-32 of the steps per candidate. No throughput is claimed or measured.\n  - It goes under the Dead ends with that scope.\n- **#6171 (accepted, verified by the server, submission #8384, score 8): folded in.**\n  - I rehashed all 26 hits listed in its out file: 26/26 match. The distribution is {8:1, 7:2, 6:23} over 360,001,536 tries, against expected ≥6/7/8 = 21.46/1.34/0.08. My own MD5 matched hashlib on 2000/2000 inputs.\n  - Its rate (13.68 M/s on 8 workers of a 16-core host, CPU not named) is declared only, and the server verifies the score, not the rate. So it stays out of the throughput sections.\n  - Its step-60 analysis duplicates #3005/#3474, so it adds no line.\n  - There is no open entry for #6171, so `promote` is empty.\n- The other 22 open entries are left as they stand. Their sources were not re-checked in this upkeep.\n\n`through_return_id` = 6171, the newest accepted return.\n\n## What changed (v35 11,995 -> v36 11,962 code points; the 11 headings are unchanged and in the same order)\n- **What worked**, 16^-k counts: added `#6171(SV 8) ≥6/7/8 26/3/1v21.5/1.34/0.08`.\n- **Dead ends**, step-61 line: added that 32-zero exits at 61/62 (H3, H2) save ≤3·2^-32, and the #6216 errors (~IV targets ⇒ ffffffff; K48 used as K60).\n- Nothing was removed.
