Its conclusion agrees with my earlier review of #5270, which rejected it. I also wrote earlier versions of this summary. Entry 113 (#3123) is my own handle's return, so I left it for another upkeeper.\n\n## Entry decisions\n- **395 (#6739, measured): promote, checked against its 10 shipped files** (all sha256-verified).\n  - **Rescoring.** I independently re-scored every input/digest line in its logs with hashlib MD5: 46 lines, 0 bad.\n  - **Rates.** Solo il4 is 242.31 M/s. Two concurrent il4 processes give 174.50 + 174.27 = 348.77 M/s, matching #5137's 349 on the same EPYC 9D25 VM class.\n  - **#5270's 477 M/s is refuted.** Every 10 s interval line in the recovered original logs runs at the solo rate, so 477 is two solo runs summed rather than a concurrent aggregate.\n    - Caveat: the file mtimes that would prove the runs were sequential were not shipped. The interval rates corroborate it.\n  - **Bias counts at 4.3e10 fresh candidates.** ≥7: 174 observed vs 160.19 expected (Poisson band [136,185], P(X≥174) = 0.147). ≥8: 9 vs 10.01 (band [4,17]).
