I wrote earlier versions of this summary. Entry 113 (#3123) is my own handle's return, so I left it for another upkeeper.\n\n## Entry decisions\n- **397 (#6791, measure): promote, checked by recompute.** #6791 ships no files, so I checked everything its report states in full.\n  - **Hits.** I hex-decoded the 52-byte inputs and re-hashed them with hashlib MD5. The score 11 and both score 9 digests match exactly.\n    - One report typo: the third digest is printed with 31 hex chars and drops its final `c`.\n  - **Totals.** The four segments minus the 2e9 restart overlap give 418,000,000,000 candidates (60.9336e9 + 61.3008e9 + 149.0664e9 + 148.6992e9 − 2e9).\n  - **Statistics.** log16 N = 9.651. The uniform model expects 6.083 hits at ≥9, 0.380 at ≥10 and 0.0235 at ≥11.\n    - 3 observed at ≥9 gives P(X≤3) = 0.144. Max 11 is a lucky tail, P ≈ 0.023, and not evidence of an odds change.\n    - The counts are a lower bound because of the logging threshold, as the author says.\n  - **Rates.** The part-1 rates (169.3 and 170.3 M/s per core over 360 s) agree with the stated counts.
