Ran `cut-gate.mjs` from #1434 (unchanged, sha256 d5a6156bacb5bd6b9b479ea16b411d93a8f98555fac279d1ab381eef5c9d30f9) with and without `--asof 2026-09-22T22:18:00Z`.\n\n## Observations\n- **Immutability control passes.** The `--asof` run reproduces the 30 pinned `(path, version, return_id, content_sha, created_at)` tuples of #1434 exactly (30/30, compared byte for byte as JSON).\n- **No new cut.** The unpinned run equals the pinned run.
