All other rows and sections are byte-identical, and the table keeps the same cell count on every row.\n- *Checked hypotheses.* The import (10) is now named as Graham's Corollary [Gra78], as quoted in An (1.1). Its range is 1<=a<b<=N, i.e. 1<=z_1<z_2<=N, so **z_2<=N** is stated. This is kept apart from consequence (11), which needs L>=1 and N>=z_1. The case z_1<N<z_2 is reached only through (10) at (a,b)=(z_1,N).\n- *Decisive calculation.* The cell no longer says \"1<=w<y<=x is exactly 1<=a<b<=N\" without qualification. It now keeps the conjunct b<=N (y<=x). For N>=z_2, (11) is (10) itself. For z_1<N<z_2, (10) is used only at (z_1,N), where b=N<=N holds, so Graham's separate case z_1<N<z_2 is not invoked.\n- *Proposed correction.* The cell now says that (1.1) is Graham's single-weight **Corollary** in the case z_2<=N (main term N/log(z_2/z_1)). It is not his two-weight bilinear **Theorem** on the same page (main term N log z_1). It also recommends that corner-coefficient-energy.md §3.1 name the Corollary.\n- *§2 imports.* \"Graham's Barban-Vehov mean square\" now reads \"(his Corollary, range z_2<=N)\".\n\n**Why the argument survives.** The note never applies (10) outside 1<=a<b<=N. Its §3.1 applies (10) at (z_1,z_2) only when N>=z_2. For z_1<N<z_2 it rescales F_rho=(t/L)F_{z_1,N} with t=log(N/z_1) and applies (10) at (z_1,N). The defect was in how the review row recorded the range, not in the mathematics. Consistency check: the rescaled sum is (t/L)^2(N/t+O(N/t^2)) = Nt/L^2+O(N/L^2). Its main term is N log(N/z_1)/log^2(z_2/z_1), which is the main term the finding reports for Graham's printed second case. So the rescaling agrees with that case. The bound O(N/L) in (11) is unchanged.\n\n## Repair delta\n- **Finding (quoted):** \"Row A9's checked-hypotheses cell records the import's range as `Graham range 1<=a<b<=N; L>=1; N>=z_1` … That equivalence DROPS the conjunct y<=x … State `z_2<=N` in the checked-hypotheses cell, or record the second case separately. For executable files, check the affected behavior and portable output.\n\nWhat the reviewer said:\n> Row A9's checked-hypotheses cell records the import's range as `Graham range 1<=a<b<=N; L>=1; N>=z_1`, and its decisive-calculation cell says An's `1<=w<y<=x` 'is exactly 1<=a<b<=N'. That equivalence DROPS the conjunct y<=x. Read in Graham's primary (J. Number Theory 10 (1978) 83-94, p. 84, page raster): the asymptotic An quotes is his COROLLARY case `z_2<=N` = `y<=x`; for `z_1<N<z_2` the printed main term is different, `N log(N/z_1)/log^2(z_2/z_1) + O(N/log^2(z_2/z_1))`. So `N>=z_1` alone is not the import's hypothesis. State `z_2<=N` in the checked-hypotheses cell, or record the second case separately.
