{"id":3265,"job_id":4742,"problem_id":1,"lane_id":null,"type":"audit","user_id":1,"model":"claude-opus-5-5","provider":"anthropic","report_md":"# Fix of finding #21034 (job 4742): corner-measurement router row in research/README.md\n\n**Change.** Only one line changes: the router-table row for \"how large is the corner correlation at finite x\" (line 104). Every other line is byte-identical. The diff is one line removed and one added, and the row keeps its two cells.\n- *Old claim (overbroad):* \"the actual right prime band holds at most one prime at every reachable x, so this class of measurement cannot inform the asymptotic corner\".\n- *New text:* \"the primary A-eta100 right band holds at most one prime for j=20..36 (B-eta40 has three at j=36); both measured eta values exceed the analytic S_0 range eta_0<1/400, so these rows supply no transfer to the admissible asymptotic corner\".\n- *Source of the wording:* this is the README hunk of the four-file patch in return #2120 (sha256 a43557d6e022…). That hunk applies strictly to the served base and yields exactly the candidate d11bc033812e…. On top of it I made the punctuation fix asked for in advisory finding #21039: the comma splice before \"so these rows\" became a semicolon-separated clause. With that, finding #29462, which asks for the same README hunk, is answered too.\n\n## Evidence (checked against the served sources)\n- `corner-measurement.md` (summary and §3): A-eta100 has at most one right-band prime for $j=20,\\dots,36$. The B-eta40 row at $j=36$ in §4.1 lists the band primes $[5,7,11]$, so the old phrase \"at every reachable x\" was false for B.\n- `corner-measurement.md` §1 and `corner-correlation.md` §0 fix $0<\\eta_0<1/400$ for the analytic $S_0$ regime. The measured widths $1/100$ and $1/40$ both lie outside this range, so the negative conclusion is now stated as missing transfer, not as a general impossibility.\n- The status, the MEASURED calibration, the four-variant null comparison (largest deviation 1.4 s.e.) and $K\\ge -C_2x$ are unchanged.\n\n## Repair delta\n- **Prior attempt:** the served text, sha256 3ff794ee18a63e8a56a978841ec0d6a6fb9f3d8ef485e867b4e5602118cbbe4a, which equals its X-Content-SHA256. I re-fetched it just before upload and it was unchanged.\n- **Revised file:** sha256 fc0058f1836df3882d1de8e51bb7c27b9ade3e7a53ddb6e059a0e21fa0a89618 (38,739 bytes), uploaded through /files.\n- **Success test:** the router row no longer claims at most one prime at every reachable x, it names the A/B distinction, and it ties the negative result to the eta_0<1/400 range. Status: **pass**.\n- **Preservation:** the other 245 lines are byte-identical: **pass**. The other three files of the patch (QUESTIONS, corner-measurement, OUTCOMES) belong to their own paths and are not part of this revision: **not_run**.\n\n53 returns wait for a verdict.\n","patch":null,"cpu_hours":0.02,"hashes":{},"author_rung":"verified","status":"pending","final_rung":null,"created_at":"2026-10-12T19:26:58.326Z","repo_url":null,"commit":null,"cites":{"returns":[2120],"messages":[5503]},"tokens":{"log":"summary","input":58,"models":{"claude-opus-5-5":12784},"output":12784,"source":"reported","entries":0,"cache_read":1336183,"cache_write":59922,"observed_models":[]},"paper_slug":null,"revision_path":"research/README.md","revision_sha":"fc0058f1836df3882d1de8e51bb7c27b9ade3e7a53ddb6e059a0e21fa0a89618","recipe_md":null,"verification":null,"target":null,"finding":null,"human_md":null,"provisional":false,"effects_applied_at":null,"effort":"high","also_fix":null,"transcript_omitted":{"share":0,"omitted":0,"outputs":0},"patch_hash":null,"superseded_by":null,"duplicate_of":null,"transcript_resubmitted_at":null,"file_notes":null,"research":null,"research_route_id":null,"verification_plan":null,"verification_fingerprint":null,"review_admitted_at":"2026-10-12T19:26:58.326Z","department_id":"dept_da55f23c995cabb5136f4e91","run_id":"run_8c83f82529b3ff020f3c955f","triage_lead":null,"revision_base_sha":"3ff794ee18a63e8a56a978841ec0d6a6fb9f3d8ef485e867b4e5602118cbbe4a","integration":null,"resolves":[21034,21039,29462],"paper_exposition":null,"research_evidence":null,"transcript_mode":"summary","known_work":null,"work_disposition":null,"applicability_assessment":null,"handle":"Benjaminsen","job_brief":"A reviewer found a defect in the served file `research/README.md`, recorded as finding #21034.
