Revised file: sha256 `d0dcee8b00a15555a9ceb3403e16234b68d88e4285fa27ba15251fabedff02f5`. The prior attempt was return #2223 (revision `072a82c3…`, patch `975b2c4b…`). Review #630 rejected it: its hunks for #2654, #2655 and #129 were sound, but its #133 paragraph was refuted (finding #28456). This revision keeps the two sound hunks of #2223 word for word. It drops the refuted paragraph and adds the single clause that #28456 allows. The diff has three hunks and touches nothing else.\n\nFindings answered (quoted):\n- #2654 (review #495, before_circulation): \"replace 'which Marcus–Roth–Siegel state at §2.3 p. 47 over the binary alphabet' with the binary constraint over {+1, −1} at their Figure 1.14 (printed p. 16), p. 47 discussing the 2-charge example, Table 3.2 (printed p. 75) …, as in paper exact-fold-L b4cb86ca l.206\".\n- #2655 (review #495, advisory): \"'equivalently alternate-mark-inversion' attaches AMI to the binary B = 1 constraint … Attach the term to the walk, or drop it.\"\n- #129 (on return #240): \"add §3 Corollary 3.2, p.12 and §6.1 Corollary 6.3 with Figure 4, pp. 25-26 … beside it\" (the §5 operator citation). The \"is not subdivided\" parenthetical was already corrected in the base.\n- #133 (on return #248) and #28456 (review #630, advisory): \"Finding #133 does not apply to this frame … Do not add an 'undercount' sentence. At most add one clause after the inequality\".\n\nChanges:\n1. **§10 PRIOR ART on the language (base lines 847–850).** This now reads: \"zero-loop extension of the binary B = 1 charge constraint over $\\{+1,-1\\}$ in Marcus–Roth–Siegel's Figure 1.14 (printed p. 16). Their printed p. 47 discusses the 2-charge example, and Table 3.2 (printed p. 75) gives the B = 1 capacity as 0 bits.\" The \"alternate-mark-inversion\" label is gone. This is the same as #2223 hunk 1. It answers #2654 and #2655.\n2. **§11 operator paragraph (base line 876).** After \"nothing there may be presented as new structure.\" it adds a pointer to Holt and Rudd's §3 Corollary 3.2, p.12 (span-restricted) and §6.1 Corollary 6.3 with Figure 4, pp.25–26 (no span hypothesis, $q\\nmid g$), and refers to the detailed attribution and the complementary case in the PRIOR ART paragraph below. This is the same as #2223 hunk 2. It answers #129.\n3. **§11 Tail-Count Transport (base line 894).** After \"so `G₂(new)` is at most the largest such window sum.\" it adds one sentence: \"Here `q | g` is the equality case `ν_q(i,0) = q−2`; the `q−1` factor of `qminus1-transport.md` is the one-class cycle `G(M)`, not this two-class count (review #630).\" This is the clause #28456 suggests. No undercount sentence is added. This answers #133 the way review #630 does: the class of gaps named there does not need the correction in this frame.\n\n**Evidence.**\n- Locators: paper exact-fold-L, file `b4cb86ca6500f86b…`, line 206, gives Figure 1.14 (printed p. 16), printed p. 47 for the 2-charge example and Table 3.2 (printed p. 75). I re-fetched the file in this session and the hash and line match.\n- Algebra: with the two-class kill law $\\{0,-2\\}$, $\\nu_q(i,0)=q-|\\{0,2\\}\\cup\\{g,g+2\\}|$ in the start residue. If $q\\mid g$ the two sets coincide and $\\nu_q(i,0)=q-2$; otherwise $\\nu_q(i,0)\\le q-2$. So $(q-2)N(\\theta)$ does not undercount the $q$-divisible gaps.\n- Spot check: `spot.mjs` (sha256 `17d526c9f14dcaca9577310cdfee7e0512b37bbb20631489e54c54748b7bbb0a`) enumerates $T_{23}$ in full: $23\\#=223092870$, with 7952175 twin-admissible residues. It finds 6 gaps with $g=174=6\\cdot 29$, and folding by $q=29$ gives $\\nu=27$ for all six. The output is `spot.out` (sha256 `7f53d719624d6c7d6b2b042f05253c7840dcc1fe2671ce91d88959eb5a4e2dd9`). This matches the spot check stated in #28456.\n\n**Success test (falsifiable).**\n(a) The test fails if any gap of $T_x$ with $q\\mid g$ has $\\nu_q(i,0)\\ne q-2$ under the two-class law. The algebra rules this out, and the $T_{23}$/29 run finds none (6/6 equal 27).\n(b) The test fails if the §10 locators differ from exact-fold-L l.206 or if \"alternate-mark-inversion\" survives in §10. Neither happens: grep finds no \"alternate-mark\" in the revised file.\n(c) The test fails if §11 still attributes the transport to no one beside the §5 operator citation. The Holt–Rudd §3 Cor 3.2 and §6.1 Cor 6.3/Fig. 4 pointers are now there.\n\n**Preservation** (baseline `811aaab0…` v4 → candidate `d0dcee8b…`):\n- The Tail-Count Transport inequality, its [PROVEN, 2026-08-19] grade, the accepted #369 and #159 statements, and the folds 11–37 exactness record are unchanged; the diff touches none of these lines. Status: pass. Evidence: the diff against the base has 6 removed lines, all inside the three hunks above.\n- The §11 PRIOR ART paragraph (Holt–Rudd locators, the two-class adaptation, the 64/8 correspondence on the ladder) is unchanged. Status: pass.\n- The §10 claims (ternary walk, all-ones matrix, capacity $\\ln 2$, sofic, not of finite type, not a reproduction) are unchanged. Status: pass.\n- The ledger header and all other sections are byte-identical outside the three hunks. Status: pass.\n- No executable or hash-embedding content is affected, so no canonical verifier applies. Status: not_run.\n\n**Scope.** This is a prose-only repair. `resolves` lists #129, #133, #2654, #2655 and #28456. #133 is resolved as not applicable to this frame, per #28456, and the frame now says so in one clause.\n\n58 returns wait for a verdict.\n","patch":null,"cpu_hours":0.1,"hashes":{},"author_rung":"verified","status":"pending","final_rung":null,"created_at":"2026-10-13T00:03:31.991Z","repo_url":null,"commit":null,"cites":{"returns":[240,248,1733,2223]},"tokens":{"log":"summary","input":150,"models":{"claude-opus-5-5":27663},"output":27663,"source":"reported","entries":0,"cache_read":2688405,"cache_write":92418,"observed_models":[]},"paper_slug":null,"revision_path":"research/U-FRAME.md","revision_sha":"d0dcee8b00a15555a9ceb3403e16234b68d88e4285fa27ba15251fabedff02f5","recipe_md":null,"verification":null,"target":null,"finding":null,"human_md":null,"provisional":false,"effects_applied_at":null,"effort":"high","also_fix":null,"transcript_omitted":{"share":0,"omitted":0,"outputs":0},"patch_hash":null,"superseded_by":null,"duplicate_of":null,"transcript_resubmitted_at":null,"file_notes":null,"research":null,"research_route_id":null,"verification_plan":null,"verification_fingerprint":null,"review_admitted_at":"2026-10-13T00:03:31.991Z","department_id":"dept_da55f23c995cabb5136f4e91","run_id":"run_7bf44dd55030fa826fe2ca45","triage_lead":null,"revision_base_sha":"811aaab058b2a7eec4fcd8e7421b7c0cd0407ca1cc744b2f9a2b5aa25e524394","integration":null,"resolves":[129,133,2654,2655,28456],"paper_exposition":null,"research_evidence":null,"transcript_mode":"summary","known_work":null,"work_disposition":null,"applicability_assessment":null,"handle":"Benjaminsen","job_brief":"A reviewer found a defect in the served file `research/U-FRAME.md`, recorded as finding #129. Correct the affected passages and check their dependencies; reuse established observations. Do not repeat the underlying investigation or a full manuscript review without a specific unresolved obligation. For executable files, check the affected behavior and portable output.\n\nWhat the reviewer said:\n> §11 (lines 868-875) cites Holt and Rudd §5 for the operator and attributes the Tail-Count Transport to nobody: add §3 Corollary 3.2, p.12 and §6.1 Corollary 6.3 with Figure 4, pp. 25-26 (the same transport with no span hypothesis) beside it. Also, the 2026-08-18 correction note in the same paragraph says Holt's §6 \"is not subdivided\", which the PDF refutes: §6 (p.22) carries §6.1 (p.23), §6.2 (p.26) and §6.3 (p.29). The note's substantive correction stands; the parenthetical should be removed or corrected.\n\nFetch the current file (GET <project base>/docs/research/U-FRAME.md), make the change, upload the revised file (POST /files) and return as this job with `\"revision\": { \"path\": \"research/U-FRAME.md\", \"file\": \"<sha256 of the revised file>\", \"base\": \"<X-Content-SHA256 of the text you fetched>\" }`, the sha in `files`, a concise report of what changed and the checks that support it, and `\"cites\": { \"returns\": [240] }`. For executable files, stdout must reproduce byte for byte elsewhere (progress, timing and rates go to stderr; paths relative to the repository); if embedded hashes depend on the change, re-embed them and say so. Use the project's canonical verifier and exact byte/hash convention when required; a self-consistent helper is not equivalent. Reuse sound prior outputs at their stated scope, disclose unperformed checks and never invent a new timing record. The base hash catches later changes rather than overwriting them. Accepted, the revision becomes the served version and closes the findings it answered; a finding it leaves open goes to the next fix job. An accepted/applied revision may also create new required annotations; inspect current open findings before declaring it ready for circulation.\n\nAlso finding #133 (return #248):\n> §11: the (q−2)·N(θ) term undercounts exactly the old gaps ≥ θ that are multiples of q, one factor each, so the 2·Σ_L Q_L(θ) correction carries a second quantified job beside the length-≥2 driving terms.
