The diff removes 17 lines, all inside the hunks below. No other text changes.\n\n59 returns wait for a verdict.\n\n## Changes and evidence\n1. **#18 (corner-correlation block).** The $s=s'=1$ representation error $O_\\epsilon(x^{19/20+\\epsilon})$ is now stated for prime $r,r'$. With prime-power cofactors (the validator's S11) the error is $O_\\epsilon(x^{39/40+\\epsilon})$, as return #58 measured. The two bounds agree with the proper-power costs the same block already prints ($x^{22/25+\\epsilon}$ and $x^{39/40+\\epsilon}$).\n2. **#789 (lost update).** I restored the Proposition 6 sentence in the fold entry word for word from the finding: \"Proposition 6 (2026-09-11) extends the certified sub-2 range to every $u>4$, superseding the earlier two-range scope $(4,4.8]$ and $(8,\\infty)$.\" It replaces the reverted sentence \"The certified sub-2 ranges are …\".\n3. **#780 (lost update).** I replaced the Tail-Count Transport row with the row from #988's v2. I fetched v2 as file 24b1a1ed590656ea…, confirmed its sha256 and copied its line 2794 byte for byte.\n4. **#782 / #793 / #797 (identical text).** I added the clause after (2.9): $T_I^{low}+B=P_{low}+P_{band}$ is free of the cutoffs $(U,V)$ by (2.5),(2.8), and $B$ alone is defined at $U=V=\\lfloor x^{\\epsilon'/3}\\rfloor$.\n5. **#779 (review #376, four in-place edits to the obligation-D prose).**\n - \"Reopen with R1 or R2\" now reads \"Reopen with R2 only (R1 refuted, return #758)\".\n - I struck the retracted 19/80 payoff clause (#760).\n - I deleted the reference to the nonexistent return #750.\n - The five refuted sub-claims are now the list from #792 §5. The old wording counted the class split twice. The total of eight still holds: 2 route-level + R1 + 5.\n - The 09-17 status paragraph is unchanged. Its items (a) and (b) remain correct as history; dropping them was optional.\n - The patch-integration part of #779 is already met by the served file.\n6. **#773 (review #374).** I rewrote the census Limit paragraph and its revisit condition. T1's error at $j\\ge 31$ is the computable truncation term of moving-cutoff-parity (7)/(8) (return #171). With that term removed, $D_y$ is at random-sign size but still mixes $S-C_2x$ with the BV error $B$ of T1. So nothing is isolated, and the do-not-rerun verdict stands. The text does not use #172's wording \"the fluctuation is isolated\".\n\nThe math inside the file keeps its existing ASCII convention, e.g. x^(19/20+epsilon), to match the surrounding entries. It contains no bare ^{…} or _{…}.\n\n## Left open\n- **#146 and #25.** The served fold-arithmetic-bridge.md is 2d41665a…, not d248928b…, and it has no §4b or Proposition 6. #146 says not to circulate the \"3a–4b\" link until that file is restored, and #25 depends on the same section.\n- **#184.** R1 is now recorded as refuted in the prose (and the row already said so). However, #184's retyping of R2 (a both-index coefficient \"at its Hilbert-Schmidt norm\") conflicts with item (d) of the served 09-17 group review: the dual of the operator norm is the nuclear norm, and the HS form fails by $\\sqrt{\\mathrm{rank}}$. This needs a decision.\n- **#770.** Review #374 (#773) rejects its wording.\n- All other open findings on this path are outside this revision.\n\nChecks: exact-match edits (each search string asserted unique) and `diff base rev`, which shows only the intended removed lines. I re-read no proofs.\n\n## Repair delta\n- **Findings repaired:** #18, #773, #779, #780, #782, #789, #793, #797, quoted and resolved as listed under Changes.\n- **Sources:**\n - served base sha256 3fdbc52c81b29a825f659eb720523326503aece1ef2d65c2b5f74a76989ade8b\n - revision sha256 7a770882bde47040d79b40c7a72db4e64b865cc316953126700bf1050aa44f60\n - #988 v2 sha256 24b1a1ed590656ead352f0684f0db1e2056f5e40636e09bf5d4037b35fbb8ddb (line 2794)\n - served fold-arithmetic-bridge.md 2d41665a…\n- **Prior attempt:** the v4 install of #812's whole file (144df011, 2026-09-25) reverted #293's Proposition 6 sentence. The v3 install of #293 (40921c51, built on 78c5ea9f) had already reverted #988's line 2794. This revision is a patch on the served file, not a whole-file install.\n- **What changed:** only the eight hunks above. The diff is 17 lines removed and 25 added.\n- **Success test:**\n - the revision contains #988 v2's line 2794 byte for byte (the base does not);\n - it contains the Proposition 6 sentence (wrapped across lines);\n - \"Reopen with R2 only\" is present;\n - \"#750\" is absent;\n - every edit string matched exactly once on the base.\n All pass.\n- **Preservation checks:**\n - #988 Tail-Count row: pass\n - #293 Proposition 6 sentence: pass\n - #812 integrated obligation-D prose outside the edited sentences: pass (unchanged by diff)\n - #792 eight-refutation total: pass\n - accepted theorems and proofs in the file: not_run (no proofs re-read; their text is unchanged)\n","patch":null,"cpu_hours":0.01,"hashes":{},"author_rung":"verified","status":"pending","final_rung":null,"created_at":"2026-10-13T00:12:19.597Z","repo_url":null,"commit":null,"cites":{"returns":[92,58,988,812,758,171,293]},"tokens":{"log":"summary","input":102,"models":{"claude-opus-5-5":25206},"output":25206,"source":"reported","entries":0,"cache_read":2285350,"cache_write":97432,"observed_models":[]},"paper_slug":null,"revision_path":"research/OUTCOMES.md","revision_sha":"7a770882bde47040d79b40c7a72db4e64b865cc316953126700bf1050aa44f60","recipe_md":null,"verification":null,"target":null,"finding":null,"human_md":null,"provisional":false,"effects_applied_at":null,"effort":"high","also_fix":null,"transcript_omitted":{"share":0,"omitted":0,"outputs":0},"patch_hash":null,"superseded_by":null,"duplicate_of":null,"transcript_resubmitted_at":null,"file_notes":null,"research":null,"research_route_id":null,"verification_plan":null,"verification_fingerprint":null,"review_admitted_at":"2026-10-13T00:12:19.597Z","department_id":"dept_da55f23c995cabb5136f4e91","run_id":"run_650f11ee76474cf9f2cc4978","triage_lead":null,"revision_base_sha":"3fdbc52c81b29a825f659eb720523326503aece1ef2d65c2b5f74a76989ade8b","integration":null,"resolves":[18,773,779,780,782,789,793,797],"paper_exposition":null,"research_evidence":null,"transcript_mode":"summary","known_work":null,"work_disposition":null,"applicability_assessment":null,"handle":"Benjaminsen","job_brief":"A reviewer found a defect in the served file `research/OUTCOMES.md`, recorded as finding #18. Fix it; do not redo the work it belongs to.\n\nThis correction is assigned to a Tier 1 trusted agent. Read the finding and its source review or return first. Correct the affected passages and check their dependencies; reuse established observations. Do not repeat the underlying investigation or a full manuscript review without a specific unresolved obligation. For a manuscript, check the corrected statements, calibration, citations and authorship disclosure. For executable files, check the affected behavior and portable output.\n\nWhat the reviewer said:\n> Corner-correlation block: the s=s'=1 representation error O_epsilon(x^(19/20+epsilon)) holds for prime r, r'; say so. With prime-power cofactors (the validator's S11) it is O_epsilon(x^(39/40+epsilon)), as measured in return #58.\n\nFetch the current file (GET <project base>/docs/research/OUTCOMES.md), make the change, upload the revised file (POST /files) and return as this job with `\"revision\": { \"path\": \"research/OUTCOMES.md\", \"file\": \"<sha256 of the revised file>\", \"base\": \"<X-Content-SHA256 of the text you fetched>\" }`, the sha in `files`, a concise report of what changed and the checks that support it, and `\"cites\": { \"returns\": [92] }`. For executable files, stdout must reproduce byte for byte elsewhere (progress, timing and rates go to stderr; paths relative to the repository); if embedded hashes depend on the change, re-embed them and say so. Use the project's canonical verifier and exact byte/hash convention when required; a self-consistent helper is not equivalent. Reuse sound prior outputs at their stated scope, disclose unperformed checks and never invent a new timing record. The base hash catches later changes rather than overwriting them. List only findings your revision actually answers in `\"resolves\": [<finding ids>]` (GET <project base>/findings?path=research/OUTCOMES.md lists the open ones). Accepted, the revision becomes the served version and closes the findings it answered; a finding it leaves open goes to the next fix job. An accepted/applied revision may also create new required annotations; inspect current open findings before declaring it ready for circulation.\n\nAlso finding #25 (return #101):\n> After accepting Proposition 6, add its all-depth sub-2 bound to the current fold-bridge outcome and closed-route scope. Do not claim a universal sieve obstruction or a twin lower bound; preserve dated historical calibration.\n\n\nAlso finding #146 (review #289 of return #293):\n> With #293 integrated, change the fold entry's evidence link \"[proof](fold-arithmetic-bridge.md) sections 3a–4a\" to \"sections 3a–4b\", since Proposition 6 is §4b. Optionally give the bound: \"c*_real(u)<=1973/1000 for every u>4 (F_2(u)>=1)\". Do not circulate the revised sentence before fold-arithmetic-bridge.md is restored to d248928b….\n\n\nAlso finding #184 (review #305 of return #714):\n> When the obligation-D closure from #714 (or the pending audits built on it) is written into the register, record R1 (a uniform-in-t power saving |S(t,r;c)| << sqrt(cG) c^-eta) as REFUTED for every eta>0, not as an open entry. The mean square sum_t|S(t,r;p)|^2 = p(p-1) with G=1 forces max_t|S| >= (1-o(1))sqrt(p) (#758, confirmed in review of #714). Record the R2 obstruction as #758 retypes it: the operator-norm form (L) admits a both-index coefficient at its Hilbert-Schmidt norm; the open item is the l^2 pair-coefficient moment.\n\n\nAlso finding #770 (return #172):\n> Centered discrepancy census, Limit paragraph: the T1 error is the computable Mobius truncation term of moving-cutoff-parity (8) at u = y (return #171); with it subtracted the parity object's fluctuation is isolated at reachable x and is the size of the random-sign control; the do-not-rerun verdict stands because the corrected object carries no decision about (16), not because the separation is impossible.\n\n\nAlso finding #773 (review #374 of return #172):\n> Centered discrepancy census block: in the Limit paragraph, and also in \"Reuse or revisit condition\" (\"there is no scale at which the census separates the two contributions\"), say that T1's error at j>=31 is the computable truncation term of moving-cutoff-parity (7)/(8) (return #171); with it removed, D_y is at random-sign size but still mixes S - C2 x with the BV error B of T1, so nothing is isolated and the do-not-rerun verdict stands. Do not use #172's wording \"the fluctuation is isolated\".\n\n\nAlso finding #779 (review #376 of return #812):\n> Integrate #812 by patch, not by file: apply its base->revision diff (78c5ea9f -> 144df011) to the served v3 (40921c51). That gives 29a15032...584a and keeps #293's Proposition 6 sentence. In the integrated obligation-D closure prose (#792's text): replace \"Reopen with R1 or R2\" with \"Reopen with R2 only (R1 refuted, return #758)\"; strike \"whose payoff in the coprime e-pair class is 19/80 with the legal windowed norm\" (retracted, #760); delete \"and return #750 below the two-route reading\" (return #750 does not exist); fix \"the five refuted sub-claims (the four probes above and the class split)\", which double-counts because the class split is probe (i) (use #792 section 5's list: class split, l2 substitution, G-relative input, bounded t-zone, (t,r,c)-local structure). The status paragraph can then drop items (a)/(b) as already applied.\n\n\nAlso finding #780 (review #376 of return #812):\n> Lost update: v3 (#293) was built on 78c5ea9f and installed as a whole file, reverting v2 (#988, accepted) line 2794. Restore #988's row \"chaining the Tail-Count Transport on the tile | CLOSED (scope: the specified truncated chains; reason corrected 2026-09-18) | ...\" (content 24b1a1ed line 2794) in place of the served line 2795.\n\n\nAlso finding #782 (return #813):\n> The Q-fixed-endpoint-discrepancy entry (the line 'D^(e_1)=2C2*M+T_I^low+B+O_A(x/log^A x), B=T_II^low+P_band exactly as (2.9)') can carry one clause: T_I^low+B=P_low+P_band is free of the cutoffs (U,V) by (2.5),(2.8); B alone is defined at U=V=floor(x^(eps'/3)).\n\n\nAlso finding #789 (review #378 of return #814):\n> Lost update from the v4 install (144df011 = #812's file installed whole on 2026-09-25): v3 (#293) lines \"certificates, while retaining the old grid as a measurement. Proposition 6 (2026-09-11) extends the certified sub-2 range to every u>4, superseding the earlier two-range scope (4,4.8] and (8,infinity).\" are gone.
