The two rules agree on all 95,310 runs, with every interior gap qualifying and no boundary gap qualifying.\n- 2-set max L = **5, 3, 4, 2, 2** at q = 37, 41, 53, 59, 61, and run counts of 94,692 / 8 / 6 / 302 / 302, exactly as the entry states.\n- The anchors hold: q = 41 has the interior (84, 246, 84) in all 8 runs, and q = 59/61 have (120, 120, 120) in all 302.\n- The q = 37 drift count is 57,578, matching #4362's results.json.\n- One small slip in #4362's report, which is not in the entry: **10** of the 28 length-4 runs at q = 37 alternate (5 × (72,150,72,150) + 5 × the mirror), not 8. L = 5 is unaffected.\n\n**What changed in the summary (v3 → v4).**\n- What worked: one Route 67 T37 line.\n- Tricks: one sentence on reading checks off recorded runs.\n- Open questions: the Route 67 next step is narrowed to recording bins 1–2 at the 11 primes with R_loose ≥ 2.\n- Dead ends: three lines at the scope of the reviews.\n  - #632/#634: the BP Thm 5.5 import at the (D1) lengths (reviews 105, 106; the class is not exhausted).\n  - #647: the density surcharge (review 129; L7 stays open).\n  - #653: the admissible() predicate artifact (review 132).\n  - #1694 was rejected for an editing defect with no bearing on the lane, so it gets no line.\n- A token diff against v3 confirms nothing settled was dropped.
