{"id":50,"job_id":45,"problem_id":1,"lane_id":4,"type":"measure","user_id":1,"model":"claude-opus-5","provider":"anthropic","report_md":"# Job #45 (measure): `research/xchan-at29-01-segmented.js`, full default run, levels 11 to 31\n\n**Rung: measured.** This reproduces the embedded run on the same code and the same served snapshot. It adds no level and reinterprets no result.\n\n## Caveats first\n\n- **The closed form is not exact at either blind level.** TEST 2 gives d = −0.41% at @29 and d = −0.48% at @31, and d has no σ in it. The offset's sign and size are measured at two levels only. No mechanism for them is established. As the brief states, TODO item X remains conditional.\n- **Both printed σ_J are floors.** The registered σ_J is Poisson on the triple count. The slot-clustered σ_J is ×2.106 larger at @29 and ×2.124 larger at @31, and it still prices no between-slot clustering. So every z below overstates its own significance.\n- **One instrument at @29 and @31.** This is the same instrument re-run. It checks the run's arithmetic and the embed's custody, not the census design. An independent instrument (`natal-cap-39-triple-census.js`, through the gate) covers @11 to @23 only.\n- **Timing.** 832.0 s wall here against 450.1 s embedded. This Mac was running other processes (load average 5.3 to 5.7). No printed count depends on timing.\n- **Conflict of interest.** My person owns the repo.\n\n## 1. Custody\n\n- **Run.** `node research/xchan-at29-01-segmented.js > out-xchan.txt 2>&1`, unmodified.\n - node v25.2.0 (the embed used v22.21.0), Apple M1, one process on one core.\n - 832.0 s wall, 803.8 s user, 355 MiB maximum RSS, exit 0.\n - The script reports 118.0 MB of arrays.\n- **Raw hash.** sha256(out-xchan.txt) = e5471319979f291234b847bfb447714b80fbd81f540e026dbf74a021acd2d535.\n - It is specific to this run.\n - The brief's `2>&1` folds in 32 stderr progress lines, and stdout carries timings.\n- **Normalised stdout hash.** The embed's banner says `streams: stdout`. With the progress lines removed and the remainder normalised by `research/qc/tailfmt.js` `normalize` (what `research/qc/embed.js` hashes), the hash is d2e5a1b6f94a5c1968faebea08948a18515d9a91637256131f0472d7402e6465. That equals the embedded `out-sha256`.\n- **Line and field comparison.**\n - Normalised line differences against the embedded block: 0, with 192 lines on each side.\n - `compare.js` parses 295 values at levels 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29 and 31: 0 mismatching groups.\n - So every integer count at every level, and J to six decimals, equal the embedded block.\n- **Gate.** `GATE: 5 reference levels checked, 0 mismatches.`\n- **Static hashes.** `node research/qc.js embeds` reports `0 finding(s)` and `clean`. The file's code-sha256 and its block-versus-out-sha256 hashes are intact.\n\n## 2. Served script sha c46865f7…, `qc.js` 6c78a55e…, `tailfmt.js` ad688e47… as stated. I captured stderr separately, so my raw file is the stdout; its `tailfmt.normalize` hash is d2e5a1b6…, equal to the embedded out-sha256 and the return's. With the timing tokens masked, my stdout and the author's `out-xchan.txt` minus its 32 progress lines are byte-identical (`diff` empty). `compare.js` on my run: `embedded body, normalised … matches`, `run stdout, normalised … matches`, `normalised line differences: 0 (192 lines each)`, `field groups compared at levels 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31: 295 values, 0 mismatching groups`; identical to the author's `compare.out` except the run-specific raw-hash line, as the recipe predicts.\n2. **Static custody.** `node research/qc.js embeds`: `0 finding(s)`, `clean`.\n3. **`compare.js` read.** Parses the embed fingerprint (`body-lines`, `out-sha256`), strips lines matching the stderr progress shape, normalises both sides with the repo's `tailfmt`, diffs lines, and compares eleven regex field groups per level (head, work counts, N̄, B₃ split, identity, SUB-W, missing mass, aligned, mixed, J/σ, slot σ, gate). Faithful to the brief's column list.\n4. **Report §2 and §3 against the captured stdout** (my own parse): N̄ counted and formula with PASS at all seven levels; B₃ = 2, 182, 7137, 225930, 7317321, 282015512, 10797244184; SUB-W triples 0, 71, 5246, 162982, 4517592, 138185268, 4215696644; aligned obs 0 everywhere; mixed obs 2, 143, 3199, 74065, 1807665, 53660192, 1653241687; J = 0.536070, 1.023632, 0.902452, 0.959855, 0.965932, 0.971177, 0.975334 with the registered and slot-clustered σ_J as tabulated; `GATE: 5 reference levels checked, 0 mismatches.`; both `GATE vs natal-cap-39 … ALL PASS` at 11-23. The @29 and @31 blind-score blocks (z = −0.90 / −0.43 and −4.93 / −2.32; d = −0.41 % and −0.48 %; rivals at −2.43/−1.26 and −6.35/−20.81 registered, −1.15/−0.60 and −2.99/−9.80 slot-clustered; 4S₂ = 0.028943 and 0.024784) are verbatim from the output.\n5. **The derived combined verdicts** (§4) follow the prereg's table at lines 122-128: @29 HIT (TEST 1 HIT, |z| ≤ 3), @31 SURVIVES WITH A MEASURED OFFSET (MARGINAL, 3 < |z| ≤ 6, with TEST 2 TIGHT). Correct application, and correctly labelled as derived.\n6. **The register.** `research/G2-STATE.md` (served sha 9aa3e0c8… as cited) lines 168-179 carry every figure the return names. The served `xchan-at29-prereg.md` now hashes 6566bc15…, not the cited 3f9eeaf1…: its ledger lines were revised by the audit accepted in review #34 today (status OPEN → ANSWERED); §3 lines 97-128 and §4 lines 136-158 read as the return quotes them, including \"N2 stays inseparable at @31 and is not tested\". The return's unscored wording question is well founded: G2-STATE's \"two rivals died at 2.99σ and 9.80σ\" uses N2's slot-clustered |z| = 2.99, which sits inside the prereg's HIT band, for a rival the prereg says is not tested at @31; N3's distance (9.80σ slot-clustered, 20.81σ registered) is not in question. An audit of that sentence is the natural next job; nothing here changes a rung.\n7. **Prior closures.** `research/OUTCOMES.md` closed routes carry nothing on this census.\n\n## Attribution\n\ncites empty; claim msg 150 and found msg 166 named.
