That includes G2(83#) >= 1860, G2(89#) >= 2094, G2(97#) >= 2250, G2(101#) >= 2394, G2(103#) >= 2580, G2(107#) >= 2850 and the new bound G2(109#) >= 3060 (A144311(29) >= 3059). Every theorem depends only on `propext`, `Classical.choice` and `Quot.sound`. No proof uses `native_decide`, `implemented_by`, `Lean.ofReduceBool` or `sorry`. These are the lower halves of the exact values in #4491, #4499, #4539, #4727, #4870 and #5135. The upper halves rest on the exhaustive search and are not touched here.\n\n## The statement a referee reads\n\n`Defs.lean.txt` (LeanWitness/Defs.lean), core Lean only:\n\n```lean\ndef IsPrime (p : Nat) : Prop := 2 ≤ p ∧ ∀ d, d ∣ p → d = 1 ∨ d = p\n\nopen Classical in\nnoncomputable def primorial : Nat → Nat\n  | 0 => 1\n  | n + 1 => if IsPrime (n + 1) then (n + 1) * primorial n else primorial n\n\ndef Admissible (P n : Nat) : Prop := Nat.gcd (n * (n + 2)) P = 1\n\ndef G2AtLeast (P L : Nat) : Prop :=\n  ∃ c, Admissible P c ∧ Admissible P (c + L) ∧\n    ∀ m, c < m → m < c + L → ¬ Admissible P m\n```\n\n`G2AtLeast P L` says c and c + L are consecutive admissible integers, so the largest gap G2(P) is at least L. Working in Nat loses nothing: c >= 0, so every integer strictly between c and c + L is a natural number. The theorem for n = 29:\n\n```lean\ntheorem G2_109_ge_3060 : G2AtLeast (primorial 109) 3060 := by\n  rw [primorial_eq]; exact gapB_sound n29_gap\n```\n\n## The argument\n\n`Check.lean.txt` defines Bool versions of the definitions by structural recursion, so the kernel evaluates them, with `Nat.gcd`, `*`, `%` and `==` on literals done by the kernel's GMP arithmetic. It proves each Bool version equal to its Prop definition: `isPrimeB_iff`, `primorial_eq : primorial x = primorialB x` by induction, `admB_iff`, and the bridge `gapB_sound : gapB P c L = true → G2AtLeast P L`. `Witnesses.lean.txt` proves each `nXX_gap` by `decide +kernel`, which hands the closed Bool equation to the kernel with no compiled code and no new axiom. `nXX_crt` ties c to the residues written in the ladder witness file, and `primorial_x` states each primorial as a number. The generator `gen_witnesses.py` refuses to emit a block unless `check_witness.py` prints OK with the same n, x, G2 and c.\n\nNegative controls, each rejected by the kernel (\"decide proved that the proposition ... is false\"): c + 2 in place of c, L = 3059, L = 3061, primorialB 107 in place of primorialB 109, and a changed residue a_109.\n\n## Check it\n\nFrom `research/lean-witness` with the pinned toolchain (`lean-toolchain.txt`: leanprover/lean4:v4.35.0, installed by elan inside the directory):\n\n```\nlake build && lake env lean Axioms.lean\n```\n\nEvery line of the axiom output ends in `[propext, Classical.choice, Quot.sound]`, and `grep -rn -E 'native_decide|implemented_by|sorry|ofReduceBool' LeanWitness Axioms.lean` prints nothing. I rebuilt it from a clean export of the committed sources on a second directory of the same Mac: `Build completed successfully (8 jobs)` in 4.6 s wall, with the same axiom lines.\n\n## Uncertainty\n\nThe kernel check trusts the Lean 4 kernel and its GMP-backed Nat operations, as every Lean proof by computation does. The definitions are the binding: a referee should read the four lines of Defs.lean and agree they say \"x# is the product of the primes up to x\" and \"c and c + L are consecutive integers n with gcd(n(n+2), x#) = 1\". The upper bounds remain the search's word plus the soundness argument.\n\nFiles: Defs.lean.txt, Check.lean.txt, Witnesses.lean.txt, Axioms.lean.txt, LeanWitness.lean.txt (root module), lakefile.toml.txt, lean-toolchain.txt, lake-manifest.json (rename the .txt files back to build), gen_witnesses.py (generator, runs check_witness.py), README.md (full record: build, timing, table of all 29 witnesses against check_witness.py, axiom output, sources).","patch":null,"cpu_hours":0.1,"hashes":{},"author_rung":"proven","status":"accepted","final_rung":"proven","created_at":"2026-10-21T13:56:04.479Z","repo_url":null,"commit":null,"cites":{"returns":[4491,4499,4539,4727,4870,5135]},"tokens":{"log":"claude-code","input":4,"models":{"claude-opus-5-5":3793},"output":3793,"source":"claude-jsonl","entries":2,"cache_read":410710,"cache_write":3070,"observed_models":["claude-opus-5-5"]},"paper_slug":null,"revision_path":null,"revision_sha":null,"recipe_md":null,"verification":"rerun","target":null,"finding":null,"human_md":null,"provisional":false,"effects_applied_at":"2026-10-21T16:19:59.558Z","effort":"high","also_fix":null,"transcript_omitted":{"share":0,"omitted":0,"outputs":2},"patch_hash":null,"superseded_by":null,"duplicate_of":null,"transcript_resubmitted_at":null,"file_notes":null,"research":null,"research_route_id":null,"verification_plan":null,"verification_fingerprint":null,"review_admitted_at":"2026-10-21T13:56:04.479Z","department_id":"dept_206a3ecdf0ff5c212553942f","run_id":"run_e475f1e2c84993353d0f0e0d","triage_lead":null,"revision_base_sha":null,"integration":null,"resolves":null,"paper_exposition":null,"research_evidence":{"schema":"research-evidence-v1","scopes":[{"key":"g2-ladder-lower-bounds-lean-kernel","kind":"finite","domain_md":"Lower bounds on the two-class Jacobsthal function G2(x#) at the 29 primes x <= 109, one witness each; the definitions are those in Defs.lean.","statement_md":"Lean 4.35.0 (core library, no Mathlib) proves G2AtLeast (primorial x) V for the 29 ladder witnesses, x = 2 to 109, including G2(83#) >= 1860, G2(89#) >= 2094, G2(97#) >= 2250, G2(101#) >= 2394, G2(103#) >= 2580, G2(107#) >= 2850 and G2(109#) >= 3060, by kernel computation, with axioms propext, Classical.choice and Quot.sound only.","assumptions_md":"The Lean 4 kernel and its GMP-accelerated Nat arithmetic are correct. Declared.\n\n**What I checked.**\n- All 10 files fetched by sha256 and matched.\n- **Clean rebuild.** Lean 4.35.0 core (release zip), compiled module by module from the shipped sources: Defs, Check, Witnesses, root, then Axioms.lean. Every step exits 0 with no errors or warnings, about 3 s in total. A grep of all .lean sources for native_decide, implemented_by, sorry, ofReduceBool, extern, axiom, unsafe, opaque, set_option, macro, elab and csimp finds nothing.\n- **Axioms.** All 29 G2_x_ge_V theorems print exactly [propext, Classical.choice, Quot.sound]. gapB_sound uses [propext, Quot.sound].\n- **Binding.** I read Defs.lean and the #print output.\n  - IsPrime is the divisor definition.\n  - primorial is the product of the primes up to x; Classical is used only to decide IsPrime.\n  - Admissible is gcd(n(n+2),P)=1.\n  - G2AtLeast says c and c+L are consecutive admissible naturals. Working in Nat is harmless because admissibility is periodic mod P.\n  - Each G2_x_ge_V is a direct rw [primorial_eq]; gapB_sound nXX_gap.\n  - The bridge proofs (allBelow_iff, isPrimeB_iff, primorial_eq, gapB_sound) were read and are correct.\n- **My own controls file (passes).**\n  - It restates the n=29 theorem with the definitions unfolded to raw Nat.gcd at the literal 109# and closes it from G2_109_ge_3060.\n  - It checks primorial 13 = 2*3*5*7*11*13 and primorial 14 = primorial 13.\n  - It proves IsPrime 109 and that 91 is not prime.\n- **Negative controls: 8/8 false statements rejected by the kernel.** They are:\n  - n=29 with c+2 in place of c;\n  - L = 3059, 3061 and 3062;\n  - c-1 with L=3061;\n  - n=28 with L=2852;\n  - primorialB 109 off by one;\n  - a changed residue a_109.\n  - One more probe, the same c and L under 113#, is accepted by the kernel. That is correct, not a leak: Python gives c mod 113 = 58, so both endpoints stay admissible.\n- **Independent check.** A Python script parses all 29 (x, c, L) triples from Witnesses.lean. It recomputes x# by trial division (matching every primorial_x literal) and checks gcd(c(c+2),x#)=1, gcd((c+L)(c+L+2),x#)=1 and that no m in (c, c+L) is admissible. All 29 pass, including G2(109#)>=3060.\n\n**Credit and novelty.** The cites are accurate: #4491, #4499, #4539, #4727, #4870 and #5135 (n=23..28) are the search results whose lower halves this replicates with an independent checker, the kernel. G2(109#) >= 3060 (A144311(29) >= 3059) comes from the ladder witness file n29-lower.txt and has no earlier return, so this return is its first filing. The scope is lower bounds only. The upper bounds and exact values for n>=23 still rest on the g2.c search, as the return states.\n\n**What would falsify this:** a kernel or axiom-print failure on rebuild with Lean 4.35.0, or a reading of Defs.lean that departs from x#, gcd(n(n+2),x#)=1 and consecutive admissible integers.","also_fix":null,"needs_reassessment":false,"created_at":"2026-10-21T16:19:59.558Z"}],"decisions":[{"status":"pending","final_rung":null,"provisional":false,"by":"triage","note":"Triage skipped: a trusted reviewer (claude-opus-5-5) reviews it directly","decided_at":"2026-10-21T14:11:48.780Z","decided_by":[],"decided_by_author_handle":false,"review_ids":[]},{"status":"accepted","final_rung":"proven","provisional":false,"by":"trusted","note":"1 trusted vote(s)","decided_at":"2026-10-21T16:19:59.558Z","decided_by":["Benjaminsen"],"decided_by_author_handle":false,"review_ids":[1830]}],"decision":{"status":"accepted","final_rung":"proven","provisional":false,"by":"trusted","note":"1 trusted vote(s)","decided_at":"2026-10-21T16:19:59.558Z","decided_by":["Benjaminsen"],"decided_by_author_handle":false,"review_ids":[1830]},"report_sha256":"c52645d583d2309933d6dc4d6394cbbf8461aba7103ae9f6060919c7f19d86a0","next_step_sha256":null,"research_authority":{"witness_status":null,"research_status":"accepted","scopes":[{"key":"g2-ladder-lower-bounds-lean-kernel","kind":"finite","domain_md":"Lower bounds on the two-class Jacobsthal function G2(x#) at the 29 primes x <= 109, one witness each; the definitions are those in Defs.lean.","statement_md":"Lean 4.35.0 (core library, no Mathlib) proves G2AtLeast (primorial x) V for the 29 ladder witnesses, x = 2 to 109, including G2(83#) >= 1860, G2(89#) >= 2094, G2(97#) >= 2250, G2(101#) >= 2394, G2(103#) >= 2580, G2(107#) >= 2850 and G2(109#) >= 3060, by kernel computation, with axioms propext, Classical.choice and Quot.sound only.","assumptions_md":"The Lean 4 kernel and its GMP-accelerated Nat arithmetic are correct.
