It runs through `../jobs/check_level.py 61`, which adds the 61# entries on record\nbefore this lane ran: G = 1080, residues from #1166 crt53-61.out, nmax 4, two orbits. Output:\n`run61/check_level61.out.txt`, \"1 level, 0 check(s) failed\". C9, the orbit class, is INFO only, since no\nclass at 61# was on record. The class above is the first record of it.\n\nWang's DFS instrument (route 94, `wang_ties 18 1079`, gpud job #794) gives the same 4 positions:\n`../r94-ties-71/wang18_crt.json` equals `positions_from_cert` of `analyze61_cs.json`.\n\n## Analyzer\n\nThe served analyzer of #3507 (`analyze_bd.py`, sha256 a679380a..., read in full; stdlib, reads its\n`census<x>/` directory, writes one JSON) was run unchanged on this census and on the 53#, 59# and 67#\nchunk sets of this sweep. Its output is byte-identical to `../jobs/analyze_cs.py level` at all four\nlevels, and at 59# also to the served `analyze59_bd.json` (`../control/analyze_bd/compare.txt`, with\nthe sha256 of each output). The two analyzers do not differ anywhere on these inputs. So\n`analyze61_cs.json` is also the served analyzer's output for 61#.\n\nCommands: `python3 ../jobs/analyze_cs.py level run61/census61 61 1080 analyze61_cs.json`, and\n`python3 -I analyze_bd.py 61 1080 analyze61_bd.json` with `census61/` beside `analyze_bd.py` (0.08 s wall,\nStudio, Python 3.9.6).\n\n## Run list\n\n| step | gpud job | command | wall s | worker-s (upper bound on CPU) |\n|---|---|---|---|---|\n| CERT(1074) | #859 cs-e61 | `python3 par_ei.py 61 1074 cert census61 31` | 271.3 | 7361.7 |\n| CERT(1080) | #859 | `python3 par_ei.py 61 1080 cert census61 31` | 367.9 | 9483.6 |\n| COUNT(1080) | #859 | `python3 par_ei.py 61 1080 count census61 31` | 429.0 | 10834.2 |\n| COUNT(1074), COUNT(1068) | #859 | route 344's shell | 128.1, 454.5 | 2817.4, 12208.8 |\n| checker | #859 | `python3 check_level.py 61` | | |\n\nExact command lines: `../jobs/submitted.txt`. (`run61/build.txt`).\nPeak cgroup memory for the 31-worker job: 1,104,875,520 bytes.\n\nCPU cost. The worker-seconds column is measured. It is the sum of the per-chunk wall seconds inside the\npool workers. chimaera was oversubscribed while #859 ran: another lane's 32-thread job and this lane's\n31-worker shell job ran at the same time on 32 threads. So worker-seconds overstates CPU, here by 3 to\n10 times. The runlog rusage figure (0.2 s) misses the pool workers, because Python 3.14 starts them from a\nforkserver.\n\n## CPU rerun (exact CPU per scan)\n\ngpud job #1126 cs-e61-cpu reran the three route-15 scans into a fresh directory, with `runlog.py`\nrecording the change in the job cgroup's cpu.stat usage_usec across each scan. That counts all CPU in\nthe job, pool workers and the nix-shell wrapper included. All 93 chunk files it wrote are\nbyte-identical to those of #859 (`run61-cpu/census61-sha256.txt`). So the census also reproduces\nacross two runs.\n\n| scan | wall s (31 workers) | CPU s, measured | CPU h |\n|---|---|---|---|\n| CERT(1074) | 314.7 | 2,522.3 | 0.70 |\n| CERT(1080) | 249.9 | 2,076.4 | 0.58 |\n| COUNT(1080) | 146.9 | 1,047.6 | 0.29 |\n| whole level, three scans | 711.5 | 5,646.3 | 1.57 |\n\nRoute 15's declared price was 0.23 CPU h per scan, 0.69 CPU h for the three.
