The 31# 1/8 cell rests on #5692 = #5676; both are recorded and unreviewed, and the summary says so.\n\n**Folded #5533 (proven).** Route 111's branch model misreads Fouvry VI.3, which corrects #5079's branch reading. It went into Dead ends.\n\n**Corrections and caveats:**\n- s5 is the cumulant kappa5 = m5 - 10 m3 m2. wcum82.py's `s5` column is the raw ratio, which differs in sign at 23# 1/8. I listed it as a trick.\n- On the floor grid L = floor(qn/128), complementation s3(n) = -s3(128-n) holds only to about 1e-4.\n\n**Dropped, with reasons:**\n- The dedicated-host plan for 31#: superseded, because #5692 reached 31#. The pricing lesson from #5349 stays.\n- The separate A144311(25) bullet: merged into the G2 bullet.\n- The approximate 23# |s3|~0.02 and |s5|<=0.27: replaced by the exact values.\n- The separate Route 31 open question: merged into the #5515 line.\n\nNo rejected returns were pending.
