All match.\n- **Ladder arithmetic:** arithmetic re-done from #5697's 29# row (0.7171814, 1.0043564). With 31# quoted as (0.722, 1.0075):\n  - 11.8 rungs past 31# in c2 and 23.5 in c3.\n  - Predicted c2(37#) ≈ 0.7268 and c3(37#) ≈ 1.0106. The c3 value lies outside #5697's window [1.001, 1.008].\n\nSo the measured part (flat (c2, c3) over four decades to 1e11) is promoted as MEASURED. The rung extrapolation goes in as a labelled HYPOTHESIS.\n\n**Caveats carried into the summary or recorded here:**\n- The 31# endpoint is a 3-decimal quote (#5354 via #5521), not a measurement. Rounding alone moves the c2 rung count over 10.6–13.3 and c2(37#) over about 0.7258–0.7278.
