BFI II+III uniformity in delta -> 0 (H_dyad) was taken from Maynard I's restatement, not the primary papers. The other numbers reproduce. The log-window shape may survive with the larger c; resubmit a corrected entry after #6083 is reviewed.\n\n**What may survive:** the qualitative point. A log-power window around sqrt(x) in place of a power window may still hold with the larger c, and if so the divisor weight is the real obstruction.
