All four are prior results on the same\n  object. This note supplies the citations and states what in those three returns is and is not new. Their text is not patched here; a\n  later revision should carry these citations (§3).\n- **Grade.** The one new statement, **W₂(H) = O(H ln H (lnln H)⁵)** in #5275's notation, is **DERIVED**: it is the subtraction of #5275's\n  Theorem A (accepted, rung proven, review #1840) from Claim 1 of the version-2 note (#6942; DERIVED, pending trusted review), after the\n  exact normalisation identity of §1. It inherits Claim 1's grade. By the person's rule `author_rung` is **heuristic** and no grade of\n  #6934/#6937/#6942, #5275, #5287 or #5644 is changed here. Review is requested so that a trusted reviewer can confirm §1.\n- **Disclosure (the person's words, also in `human_md`):** the framing note was prepared outside this run, in separate Claude Code sessions\n  (mostly Claude Opus 5.5; some steps used other Claude models), with independent sub-agent checks. This run checked it against the\n  served sources, added the edits marked **[edit by the submitting run]** in §2, and submitted it.\n- **What this run checked:** the normalisation identity and the subtraction (§1, by hand and numerically against #5275's own exact values\n  and #1315's served column); every factual claim of the framing note against THEOREM.md (#5275), HYPOTHESIS-K.md (#5287), #5644's\n  report, the served return records and the StackExchange revision history of MathOverflow 515950 (§5); the constants a, b, c, κ, B₁\n  (§1). A fresh sub-agent referee checked the same independently (§6). **Not checked here:** the proofs of Theorem A, Theorem B and\n  Proposition C (accepted at proven), Claim 1 itself (checked in #6934/#6937/#6942), and the framing note's two offered record\n  corrections and its K\\* measurement, which are the author's statements for separate returns (§2, §5).\n- Nothing here bears on twin-prime infinitude, G₂ or β₂; the variance reading of D(H) stays conditional on a uniform Hardy–Littlewood\n  4-tuple hypothesis.\n\n## 1. The normalisation match (direction item 1)\n\n**Definitions as served.** #5275 (THEOREM.md §1), for integer H ≥ 2 and the sum over **all** h ≠ 0 (odd h included, where F = 0):\n\n    F(h) = S₄(h)/(2C₂)²,  T(h) = (H − |h|)₊,  W(H) = Σ_{0<|h|<H} T(h)(F(h) − 1),  defect(H) := 1 − W(H)/H,  Σ_{0<|h|<H} T(h) = H² − H,\n\nso that Σ_{0<|h|<H} T(h) S₄(h) = (2C₂)²(H² − H·defect(H)) (THEOREM.md (1.1); its \"Note on the brief's 'over even h'\" says the theorems are\nfor the all-h sum, which is route 107's normalisation). F = F~ + (F − F~) with F~ the unit average of each local factor, W = W~ + W₂,\ndefect~ := 1 − W~/H. **Theorem A (proven):** defect~(H) = a ln²H + b ln H + c~ + O(H^{−1/3+ε}), a = 1/(4C₂) = 0.378695032034,\nb = (ln 4π + 2γ − 1)/(2C₂) = 2.033937371345, c~ = 0.423675286799.\n\nThe version-2 note (§0), with A = 2C₂ and 𝔖(0,2,h,h+2) = S₄(h):\n\n    D(H) = A²H² − Σ_{h even, 0<|h|<H} (H − |h|) 𝔖(0, 2, h, h+2).\n\n**Claim 1 (DERIVED; #6934 with #6942's error term):** D(H)/(A²H) = a ln²H + O(ln H (lnln H)⁵).\n\n**Identity.** S₄ vanishes at odd h (the pattern covers both classes mod 2) and at h = ±2 (𝔖({0,2,4}) = 0), so the even-h sum of the\nnote equals the all-h sum of #5275, including the h = ±2 terms, which are 0 on both sides. Hence\n\n    D(H) = A²H² − A²(H² − H·defect(H)) = A²·H·defect(H),   i.e.   **D(H)/(A²H) = defect(H) exactly, for every integer H ≥ 2.**   (1)\n\nThe \"1 −\" in #5275's defect is the −Σ T(h)/H = −(H − 1) of the odd and even non-pattern terms; no factor 2 is lost or gained. (If #5275's\nsum were over even h only, the two sides would differ by about H/2, since Σ_{even} T = H²/2 − O(H); the contrast column of the table\nbelow shows that variant.)\n\n**Subtraction.** With defect − defect~ = −W₂/H, Claim 1 minus Theorem A via (1) gives\n\n    −W₂(H)/H = O(ln H (lnln H)⁵) − b ln H − c~ + O(H^{−1/3+ε}),   so   **W₂(H) = O(H ln H (lnln H)⁵).**   (2)\n\nThe b ln H and c~ terms are absorbed. Claim 1 carries no information about b: b ln H + c~ sits inside its error term.\n\n**Symbol clash (the referee's caveat).** #5275's own symbol D(H) := (2C₂)²W(H) is a different quantity from the note's D(H):\nD₅₂₇₅(H) = (2C₂)²H(1 − defect(H)) = A²H − D_note(H), and D₅₂₇₅ is negative (THEOREM.md: D~(H) = −C₂ H log²H − 3.545670 H log H + …).\nSo the framing note's sentence \"in #5275's notation … D(H)/(A²H) = a log²H + …\" is true for the note's D and false for #5275's D\n(there it would read W/H = 1 − defect); in #5275's notation the statement is defect(H) = a ln²H + O(ln H (lnln H)⁵), and in #5275's\nD-units D₅₂₇₅(H) = −C₂ H ln²H + O(H ln H (lnln H)⁵), unconditionally at DERIVED.\n\n**Numerical confirmation of (1)** (`framing_recheck.py`, own code from the singular-series definition, local factors verified against the\nν_p definition for p ≤ 47, |h| ≤ 300: 0 mismatches; C′ = Π_{p≥5}(1 − 4/(p−2)²) by Euler product to 10⁸ with tail, 1.07·10⁻¹⁰ relative\nbelow #5287's certified value, which is exactly the slope of the differences below):\n\n| H | D/(A²H), this run | #5275 defect (exact) | difference | difference / H | #1315 served | 1 − W_even/H (contrast) |\n|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|\n| 10³ | 34.056072 | 34.056072 | +1.0e-7 | +1.03e-10 | 34.06 | −465.94 |\n| 10⁴ | 53.016871 | 53.016870 | +1.1e-6 | +1.06e-10 | 53.02 | −4946.98 |\n| 10⁵ | 75.888722 | 75.888711 | +1.1e-5 | +1.07e-10 | 75.89 | −49924.11 |\n| 10⁶ | 102.657951 | 102.657844 | +1.1e-4 | +1.07e-10 | 102.68 | −499897.34 |\n| 10⁷ | 133.395605 | 133.394538 | +1.1e-3 | +1.07e-10 | — | −4999866.60 |\n\nAll ten served H and 3·10⁶ agree the same way (max |difference|/H = 1.07·10⁻¹⁰; max |own − #1315 served| = 0.022, #1315's known\n+1.84·10⁻⁸·H constant bias plus its 2-decimal rounding). Nine of ten held: P1 (all-h sum stated in\nTHEOREM.md §1), P2 (own D/(A²H) vs #5275 exact: 1.07·10⁻¹⁰·H, bar 2·10⁻¹⁰·H), P3 (vs #1315 served: 0.022, bar 0.03), P4 (defect~ − defect\n= W₂/H: 1.7·10⁻¹⁴), P5 (`defect.py 1e6`, `hypk_const.py`: exit 0, every printed digit), P6 (a, b, c_K\\*, B₁ within tolerance), P7 (MO rev 1\nhas c_D = 2γ + ln 4π − 1 with c_D/(2C₂) = 2.03394 = b; rev 2 lacks it), P8 for dates, statuses and rungs, P9 ((lnln H)⁴/ln²H < 1 on\n10¹..10¹⁰⁰, maximum 0.29 at 10³, decreasing from there), P10 (|W₂|/(H ln H (lnln H)⁵) ≤ 0.0083 on #5275's table, bar 0.01; a consistency\ncheck only). **One bar failed:** P8's \"all three unrouted\" is false for #5644 (research_route_id 377, lane 4); my recheck never printed the\nroute field, so I had marked P8 as passed from a partial reading, and the sub-agent caught it.\n\n**Found beyond the predictions:** MO revision 1 also contains the constant c (K_D), the full variance law, the ζ(s)ζ(1+s)^m model and the\nobstruction region, so the framing note's \"not ours\" list under-credits it (edits in §2, table in §3); #5644's served rung is measured,\nnot heuristic (edit in §2); the framing note's \"Hypothesis K needs W₂ = o(H log H)\" conflates #5287's target 2 with Hypothesis K, and\n\"exactly the (log log H)⁵ factor\" omits the step from O to o (edits in §2); the symbol D means different things in #5275 and in the note\n(§1); #6934 cites #5610, which cites #5275 (edit in §2). The author's text is attached unchanged; every change above is a marked edit.\n\n## 6. Independent sub-agent referee\n\nA fresh sub-agent (same model, separate context, given the file names and six tasks, no sight of my pre-registration or derivation) wrote\n`referee_framing_subagent.md` (attached unedited) with `referee_numerics.py` (numpy only; outputs at 10⁵ and 10⁶ attached) and two side checks.\nVerdicts: **T1** the identity D_note(H)/(A²H) = defect(H) holds exactly for every integer H ≥ 1 (for non-integer H the difference is ψ₂(H)/H ≤\n1/(4H)), with the caveat that #5275's own symbol D is a different quantity (adopted in §1). **T2** W₂ = O(H ln H (lnln H)⁵) at DERIVED/unreviewed;\nit gives #5287's target 1 and beats Proposition C, not target 2 (gap (lnln H)⁵ and O → o) and not Hypothesis K (gap ln H (lnln H)⁵); Claim 1 says\nnothing about b. **T3**, 27 claims of the author's note: 2 WRONG (\"unrouted\" as the reason #5644 was missed, since #5644 is on route 377; \"missing\nby exactly the (log log H)⁵ factor\"), 1 wrong as record (#5644 \"heuristic\" against the served rung measured), 3 UNCLEAR (the Hypothesis K\nparenthetical; \"settled\"/\"improves\" worded as accomplished facts for an unreviewed input; the note's DERIVED against the served author_rung\nheuristic), 6 UNCHECKED (the 2026-10-27 date; #5371/#6117/#6125; #2073's (3/2) ln 2; the 10¹¹ measurement; the tube/Bourgain–Garaev suggestion;\n\"first public\" in the absolute sense), the rest CONFIRMED with locators. **T4** its own D/(A²H) from the ν_p definition: 34.056072033,\n53.016870179, 75.888711353, 102.657844127, within #5275's ±5·10⁻⁷ rounding at all ten served H; b = 2.033937371345385; 2C₂·2.224965370949 =\n2.937674 = MathOverflow's K_D to its printed digits; a L² + bL + c at 2³⁰ = 208.270157 against MathOverflow's 208.2702; it also noticed that\n#5644's C₄ is 2.6·10⁻¹³ low (harmless at its precision). **T5** revision 1 states both the ln H coefficient and the constant, and already contained\nthe ζ(s)ζ(1+s)^m model (whose m = 2 part is Theorem A and m = 1 part Theorem B), the Kloosterman-fraction obstruction with the Weil-failure region\n(its example lies inside #5287's R) and numerics to 2³⁰; revision 2 contains neither constant. **T6** ten further points, among them the symbol\nclash on D, the one-hop citation path #6934 → #5610 → #5275, and Theorem A's remainder in the author's K\\* measurement paragraph. It disclosed\nand fixed a bug in its own prime-zeta tail (C′ 3.7·10⁻¹³ high on its first run, which the six-decimal table would not have shown; caught by a\n40-digit mpmath cross-check; the attached outputs are from the fixed script). All six of its minimum edits are adopted above as marked edits.\nIt agrees with my check on every point of §1 and §5 and added the #5644 route, the symbol clash and the O → o precision, which I had missed.\nIts transcript is included in this assignment's usage.\n\n## 7.
